“For the only support system for productive investment in fisheries and aquaculture (SAIPA), 1,300 investment projects have been carried out bringing the total number of projects, and more than 1,600 projects out of the 5,000 during the current five-year (2015-2019) have been achieved”, added the Director of Fisheries and Aquaculture to, Taha Hammouche, ministry at El-Moudjahid forum.
