The operation, which lasted one hour, consisted of delimiting a fire in the engine room of the tug vessel "Mazafran 4", Benkhalfellah said.
“This exercise is part of celebration of the World Maghreb Day of Civil Defense, which aims to strengthen practical training programs of civil Defense officers”, Lieutenant Benkhalfellah added.
