The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra held, yesterday, Thursday, a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia, Anzi Lugar, during which both parties tackled bilateral relations and ways to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries.
Lamamra wrote in a tweet on his official Twitter account: “The consultations focused on bilateral relations and ways to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries. We also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest, especially the promotion of the partnership between Africa and Europe under the current presidency of Slovenia of the Council of the European Union.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly, being held in New York until Sep 27th and in which Lamamra is taking part.
