ALGIERS-The Minister of Public Works, Hydraulics and Basic Infrastructure, Lakhdar Rekhroukh will participate, Tuesday in Egypt, in the work of the 14th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Hydraulics and its Executive Board chaired by Algeria.
This session, which will run until Thursday, will allow Arab ministers, experts and stakeholders in the field of hydraulics to exchange views to meet the various challenges, at the top of which are climate change and water stress which affects many Arab countries, said a statement from the ministry on Monday.
Alongside this meeting, the minister will participate in the activities of the 4th conference on water organized by the State of Palestine under the theme “Arab water security for life, development and peace”, added the same source.
